I need about 20 gallons of 116+ leaded race fuel. Is there any place that supplies that in Havi

Sundance across the street from napa on lakehavasu ave has
race gas not sure if it's 110. or try parker oil in havasu.
hope that helps.

call FIGSPEED @ 928 854 3941
Les races NHRA Supercomp and has a speed shop in Havasu.

I think you will have a problem finding anything above 110 Race Gas unless one of the dealers like Parker brings in a special order. The home office for Parker Oil is in Parker and they have a station in LHC...

YES, Sundance's is 110 . I think I paid 4.10 a gallon... not bad seeing 91 was something like 3.59. Worth the little bit extra $

Is Parker Oil a membership type place? How are there prices compared to other locations in LHC? I read a thread about their fuel being more consistent quality than other low priced places......

The owner of Parker Oil (Rick Fuscardo) is an ex-racer and knows his fuels. His office is in Parker, don't know #

spoke with Ken at Parker oil but they couldn't get it until next week and Les at Figspeed only carries alky... Oh well looks like I'm paying $12 a gallon at the local speed shop.

What are you running where you need 116?

12 buck a gallon! ouch, I used to pay just a little under 7 when I ran VP C16. Still at 12 it is the cheapest part in the engine.

The motor is a blown injected 523, making close to 20lbs of boost with about 8:1 static compression, plus we are spinning it about 8k. Like Dave said, even at $12 a gallon it's still the cheapest part of the motor. Thanks C-2 but I already ordered enough gas to get me through the weekend and then I will work on a bulk deal with one of the distributors.

Try the drag strip @LACR in Palmdale...its on your way if your taking the 14fwy outta town. I know they have VP C14...Ditto Burt and Nancy that you will not find 116 leaded outta the pump!!

Lets see; 20 lbs boost, 8,000 rpm, Poker Run? Sounds more like a sprinter than a marathon motor. We'll be in the pits when its over...

That motor acted a little lazy in the Fools boat...

I know what you mean Mike... it's not like this motor has produced any impressive numbers in the past, but it should be enough to put a smile on my face
