IMHO, the regular channels suck for daytime shows. Try Speed Channel, History and Discovery, then the SciFi and AMC - american movie classics.

Ok here's a tip for ya if you don't already know...... WHEATGRASS!! It will make you feel better. Go to Robecks or whatever juice place is around and get a shot....you'll thank me later. You probly already know about wheatgrass.....
