Can I run alcohol through a double pumper?

I am setting up my 468 with a 671 and 2 holley 750 double pumpers - model#4779. Is there jets I can buy or do I need different carbs to run alcohol? :(

The carbs have to be modified a bunch. Not just a jet change. Check with a carb shop as to price to convert to alcohol. Or buy the Holley made for alcohol.
