What is the difference between an Cline Extreme Cole TR-2 and a Giroux Cole TR2? Also does anyone know how much a hull like that costs?
Jetboat, why do you say that? Do you think Canyons are a better boat or something? Can you buy a new Canyon too?
Sorry for the all questions. I have been looking at used ones mainly because I did not know people were still building them.

It is just my opinion, but I feel the Canyon is a more efficient and quicker setting hull. The Cole's in the pictures are beautiful but I am just partial to Canyons. They ride flatter than the Coles. If you are interested in one you should talk to Kevin Felkins at Canyon boats. 209 518-7575. His boats are equally nice to the pictured boats.

I thought Ron Braaksma was making the Deaver top fuel boats. Did he sell them or is he making a variation?
It would be interesting to see where a lot of molds are at nowadays. Molds like the original Spico, Hondo's, Sangers, Stevens, Mandella's etc.... I know that Bergeron's son has a circle boat mold, thats about it.

I still have the original receipt for my cole 82 tr2 stage 1, and it went for
$ 3575.00 from Sunny Jones Marine, Still not bad for a brand new hual.

The only real difference between these two boats is that Cline Extreme Watercraft uses a vacuum bagging process. Pricing and materials are all comparable. Now you can get these classic beauties on both coasts! We think everybody should have one! :D

Ok, who ever gets the hottest chicks to pose on the boat wins. I got my money saying Cline Extreme will be able to do well in this area.

I talked to Harold Kindsvater and ask about his molds. He said his went to Australia, Canada, Arkansas and a couple are missing around Fresno some where that he loaned out and never got them back.

ok how tf do you loan a boat mold out and just lose track of it.
this is significantly larger and more valuable than a 1/2 end wrench. (rexone no longer loans tools either) ;)
