One is a 19 pitch and one is a 21 pitch
Im guessing the 19 gets you out of the hole better while under load...
and the 21 gets you better top end

I have no idea the difference. But we always have a back up just in case. :hammer2:

Kilr's got it. The shorter pitch will push itself 19" forward through the water with each rotation, the 21" will go 3" further. The 19 will get you faster acceleration but lower top speed. The 21 will give you higher top speed but slower acceleration. Think of them sorta like gears on a car.
You want your engine to run in the right rpm range...either prop might be appropriate depending on what you want to do, ie pull skiers, tow a tube, and go as fast as you can......
a second prop is always handy in case you break or damage the first one while you are out and about. Nice to have a prop wrench too.....

OK SOUNDS LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT? WHICH ONE DO YOU THINK SHOULD GIVE ME BETTER CONTROL OR DO I HAVE TO TEST THEM

What kind of boat is it?
How much does it weigh loaded?
What do you do with it mostly?
I don't know much compared to many of the experts around here...don't be fooled!!! :D

is it really 3" FURTHER  being a jet person  is 2" equated in 3" of motion

That's the "negative slip" coming into play.

You should easily be able to use that 21 prop if not at 23 or 25. Start with the 21. That 19 is way too low pitched.

Prop tuning is a voodoo science in and of itself... the right prop can really wake up a boat... Lots of guys use trial and error to find a prop that they think works best... the only real way to know is to put your engine on a dyno and find out at what RPM you are making the most HP... For a baseline you basically want your engine to rev out 1 or 2 hundred RPM above peak HP at WOT. Too little prop and your engine over revs and you end up wasting power at the top end but you get a great hole shot, too big of a prop and your engine bogs and never gets to peak HP.
Where you end up is based on what you want to do, go fast, pull skiers, etc...
