That dick is a good guy but he may have smoked himself a little stupid tonight. Most of the membership here can appreciate a beautiful woman.... even the women. :)

A little over a year ago I was going through what you are right now. Pretty exciting time. Great lot with the tot-lot across the street. You guys have any kids? If so, they will love the location. Did you guys get a pool? A must have out here now that the boat is going.

Yes, then you know how exciting it is! We have a little girl that is 15 months.
But his brother (Whom we are staying w/ currently) has 5 kids all ranging from 2 years to 12 years and they are gonna love the location too! :)

That will be perfect. New neighborhoods are cool. Pretty soon you will be meeting all the new families and your daughter will have a bunch of little playmates to hang with at the park.

You would love surprise. 30 Minutes from Lake Pleasant. Still pretty affordable but that is changing quick. Only drawback is that it is close to SunCity. Driving here is like driving in T.J. Always think they will turn in front of you and you will survive.

Congrats on the new dwelling unit, Its a great location for a family.
Who's your builder ? We bought a Hacienda home and 2 months living in it, it still feels like a house under construction (punch list hell).
Will see you up on the lake soon.

Art, house is looking real good. Thats the fun part watching it being built. Make sure to get good pictures of all the wood structure and electrical. When it comes time to put in ceiling fans or lights in the garage you'll be able to look back at those pictures and find everything.

I can't see the pics!!! I have a house in Surprise right now and I am having a hell of a time getting a new house buit in Buckeye, or anywhere in the area. F'in lotteries and waiting lists. When I bought the house in Surprise two years ago it wasn't like this. Hope everything is going well on your build. :cool: :cool:

Man, it was so fricken humid :supp:. I couldn't believe it. Of course haning out with my little brother in Litchfield(sp) the night before didn't help :D

Moving in July/August sucks. Then again, I moved in June 1st (hired movers, sipped beer and watched them sweat). You might want to just mention that to Art when you see him next. :rollside: :D
