We are not a big biz, only a couple of us here in the office at a time. Any suggestions. Our Cannon has pooped out after 5 years....

Mandelon, I also have a small business and we use a Brother multi function lazer printer. Not sure if this is to small for you. It works great and its in the $6oo-7oo. range.

Multi function, like a printer, fax machine dealio? We already have a little one of those...... Our old one is like a giant desktop style. Heck I don't even know if that type is available anymore.
Sometimes we make a couple hundred copies a day, some on legal....

You might want to consider a lease on a new copier. I used to buy the cheap copiers but I was always spending a small fortune each month on the ink cartridges.
I leased my last copier through Lanier and the retail price was $16,000 for it. Probably is overkill for us.
The lease payment is $200.00 per month for 36 months. At first I thought it was kind of expensive but it includes unlimited toner and 24 hour service. I was spending over $125.00 per month just on the ink cartridges before.The printer is sweet, it has some really neat features on it. www.lanier.com
