What mufflers did you buy?

So with the new laws in effect and river season here what mufflers did you buy? Are you happy with them?
I still need to buy a pair and am looking at Dana and Eddie Marine because they are the only ones that are with in my budget.

I got the Gibson Bullets..
You can get them from Dana and I have heard nothing but good things about their customer service..
they take 5 min to install.. and they are about $500

went with a slip in style from GGB. the clamp on stuff just looks funky to me..
had the tail pipes modified to accept them. sounds levels are siginificantly lower (no test yet), and no change to performance (quad rotored 540)..did an efi tuneup just be sure...

Chris, I don't know how you passed. Must be the pretty face. My 525 blew a 96. With the Gibson Bullets, 84.9db! 11 points sounds unreasonable tho. One of the tests must have been off. Chris, did you talk to Fabian before he tested my boat?

Mine too, it blew an 82! I guess that's good. There is nothing like the sound of a healthy Big Block though. I hate this new law.

Make sure your boat is warm. It went from a 91 to an 84.1 in about ten minutes sitting at the courtesy dock! They measured me at 10' or less, level with the dock.
The 525 has more cam in it (I think) so it probably idles harder (has a bigger lope) even when warm.
