We currently keep our sleds on the on the island, but are being evicted. We have until April of next year. We own the structure but lease the land from the property owner who has recently changed hands and now the new owner plans to develop the property. So we are looking for land to lease/buy for these structures to be relocated to or find a new storage for two boats and a car. I believe there are about 35 stuctures (approx 60' by 20') we have one. Any ideas?

I dont know of any land off the top of my head but you caould probably call and broker or agent and see if they can find you something. One of these spots would probably hold two smaller boats for the time being..

Those storage bays are for the residents of Vista Del Lago, if my memory is right. We drove through there when they were biing built, some kicka$$ homes! Mucho deniro though. I think one of the last remaining lots was going for like $180k at that time! Then another $150-$200k for the house! Bitchen view though!

Scott....not exactly right. The storages for Vista Del Lago are each deeded to one of the 27 lots. (I know this because our home will be done being built next Thursday :) ) They are located within the gates of Vista Del Lago. However, next door (closer to Windsor) they are building a bunch of really nice units and I wondered if those are the ones that were being discussed in this thread???? If so, they are great storage units, nice and big and only about 2/10 of a mile north of Windsor......

WetWillie hooked me up with a storage space, and it is very nice. I am very happy. It's not the cheapest out there, but it is gated, has security cameras, and is very clean.
