I just paid $2.91 for 91 octane. The prices were as follows in Riverside, CA.
$2.71 - 87
$2.81 - 89
$2.91 - 91
Pretty damn lame if you ask me, especially since I use 91 and drive 125+ miles per day. Then they go and take 35% tax out of our checks, shit has to change.

I just paid $2.86 for premium...I think it's higher in other parts of the state....I think there's places in the bay area charging over $3 a gallon for premium....what a f*%king joke....and it's only April...I won't be surprised if we see $4 a gallon for premium come summer time.

Hey, does this happen to you when filling up......
The pump shuts off at a certain amount forcing you to swipe your card again :( ...last night the pump shut off at $60, that was at a Chevron...at Mobile it shut off at $43. :lightsabe Having to pay almost $3 a gallon you think these f*&kers would raise the shut off limit. It's costs me $75 to fill up now.... :mix:

I'm fortunate that I don't burn a lot of fuel. It's about 3 miles to work (I walk about half the time) and I don't do a lot of boating. I don't mind sucking up a couple of $200 weekends of boat gas a season.
Frankly, I don't know how you guys do it with your lifted pickup trucks and blown big block everything... doesn't it get depressing pumping all that gas all the time?
:)

Not any more. But I'd rather get in a wreck in my Truck than my Mistubishi Eclipse. Im trading gas mileage for safety on a wicked road every day.

Regular gas on Maui nearly 4 weeks ago was already $2.71 at nearly every station.. I found a Chevron, of all places, that still was $2.68 to refill my rental car...I spent a whole $15.00 for the week of gas..LOL :p
I can only imagine what the prices are over there now.
.
This will have an effect on the boating I'm sure.....and it doesn't bode well for the Channal if everyone just hangs out there all day. :(

That woulda been Saturday i think... It just plain seems ridiculous. I guess I need to get a commuter car, or go back to carpooling with my coworker. I'm gonna miss driving my truck though if I do.
