Ron's Custom Billet Grills

I ended up ordering mybillet grils from Ron at the show in LA. I went with him since he had the best design for my boat. He let me know they would take a week, I went to pick them up 2 weeks later... 1/2 done 1/2 missing.
I can understand how that can happen with any business, it is how you handle the situation that matters. He got the grills and went and installed them on my boat free of charge.
I would recommend using Ron's, he is great with customer service. Plus... His grills look bitchin.

Like was posted earlier..... SOP. I have generally had really good luck... experience the bad to appreciate the good.
You're not having a lot of luck with boat stuff lately. :p
