Tonite I am making chicken breasts slowly cooked in white wine, a side of mixed vegetables and pasta with a creamy pesto sauce.
Served with white wine.....YUMMY

it's our three year anniversery this sunday - soooooo i'm going to make some sword fish - saute'ed in panties ( joke ) no really in lemon and chives - with a hint ove mustard - served with asparagas - wild rice - and my dick on the plate :D

Its a surprise every night I come home...bummer part is I never know for sure when I can leave work so sometimes I eat cold food that tastes better warm. :frown:

Mama's out of town on a mexico cruise with the mother in law so me and macy are havin a NY strip, baked potato and green beans with ice cold coronas. Mabey a cigar and some ice cream for desert. :D

It was very good...the chicken was nice and moist, the vegis were cooked but just a bit crunchy with a hint of butter, and the pasta and sauce were great. I bypassed the wine though and just had some water.

since i live all by myself all i had was a swansons $.99 chicken pot pie... I'm quite the little chef. 5 minutes in the microwave and i'm ready to eat!
POT PIE......... holy cow.. you could have had a gourmet meal delivered to your home... (not quite the pot pie deal.. but dang!.. live it up!)
