YA THAT PLACE IS SICK! and 1.5 million dollars! :jawdrop: My brother and I bought a acre lot on the lower/deeper area in BigRiver. It has a 2000 sf garage and nice launch ramp in already. We are drawing up plan's for a big du-plex for our families and a stubid big garage. Wasn't my first choice to buy...BUT the place is great for FAMILY fun & our families can be together....which we haven't done in years. I can launch at the Blue Water in 5 min's or the spring in 25. So hopefully NEXT yr when I get something to lunch I can come up and play with you in parker :D

Sounds cool...I know where you are talking about.......We went looked at places down there in Winter and there are some really nice places along that stretch of the river, and yes, you are still really close to launching in Parker, or a short 20 min launch in Havi at take-off point.
