It is just down river from the Needles golf course, they also put several steel plates on the bottom to help control weed growth leading to the mobile home park.

That is looking really nice and the river is looking clean.
You are standing right on the beach of ntwotrances neighbors river home. Too bad they are selling it, that is a prime location.

From what I know, there will be a fee to launch, something nominal, like $5-$8. They are also expanding the parking significantly as part of the total project.

Same architect and contractors doing Moabi. Maybe they'll finish up there before end of May. I was told also that Moabi will not be selling yearly day passes anymore. Fockers! :hammer2: :hammer2:
