Best place to launch at Elsinore? [Archive]

So whats the place to launch and how are they about noise? I dont think my boats really any louder than it was before but I really dont feel like being hassled. Any one else going to be out? We should be there around 10:30.

Elsinore West Marina is nice.Lake is very strict on noise this year. :mad:
