I bought a hour meter for my boat a few weeks ago from Alco Marine, I took it home ran it to the hours that were on my boat and went back to Havasu to have Aaron do the install. When I got to Absolute I was missing the backing plate that it came with I must have left it at home. I went back to Alco and spoke with Doug the owner and he opened a new one and gave me the backing plate so I could have it installed. My point is that Doug went out of his way to make sure I had the backing plate to my hour meter very cool thanks Doug great customer service, also thanks to Aaron and Brian for doing a very clean job on the install, Brian also got me a bezel for around the gauge to match all my other ones no charge. IMO two great companys that I would do business with again.
