Any interest in a year round river rental?

Looks like I am going to have a single wide, 2 bedroom 1 bath with newer carpet on a decent size lot in Lakeside 2 (Bean Pot) available. There is fenced parking/boat storage that is approx. 18x75'. Place has swamp coolers and window AC's. Prefer year round rental but possibly willing to rent seasonally.
Public boat launch is 3 minutes away.
Looking for around $325/ month.

Place is located to the east of Hgwy 95 as you go up river from Parker. Lakeside Blvd is just before you get to the signal up river from Parker, where Mott's Landing (now Sandbar) used to be. Lakeside 2 is up at the top of Lakeside Blvd. The area is slowly cleaning up. Old trailers being replaced with new homes as well as a few have burned down in the last year. :jawdrop:
If everything goes to plan we will have it w/in the week. Will do some minor repairs etc as well as some landscaping then will be looking to rent it.
