I want opinions guys!
I'm in the market for a Droop Snoot for my ride (18.5 Southwind w/ AT309 and Place Diverter, Ride Plate, Shoe,....Thanx Greg!)
I'm hoping to accomplish a couple of things with this addition. Reverse is really bad since the addition of the ride plate and I think lowering the nozzle will help get the thrust below the plate. More lift to get closer to that 80 MPH mark (last season 72mph). And...........of course.........
ONE BIG ROOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do you guys think????
Does anyone have one for sale? Powdercoated Black would be ideal!!

XClutchboy725,
Let us know with what you come up with. (Speedwise) I just bought a hull exactly like yours (1975) and it should be together by the middle of April. I don't have a droop or diverter yet, but would like to know how the combo works for ya.
Thanks,
Rob

I don't know enough about the different brands to recommend one way or the other. I do know that Froggystyle is quite impressed with the Droop by Place Diverter. I'm not sure if he's used other brands as well.

I've seen pics of Froggystyle's boat on the fly and I like how much his hull is lifted out of the water! Froggy, are you out there? What do you think?
