Trim pumps

Does anyone know where I can get a new or rebuilt trim pump. The one I need is model J1171. The shop by my house wants $500 for a knew one. If somebody knew where I could find one for less or even a rebuild kit for the one I have I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

If it is a standard Merc trim pump, I have a new one, $350.

It is the standard pump for an alpha 1 drive. It isn't my boat, I am servicing it for a friend. Anyway thanks I will let him know and see what he wants to do.

Thanks for the offer. I took the pump apart and was able to clean it out and fix the problem so I won't be needing the new one. Thanks for the offer.
