DFW Riggers/Mechanics?

I've got a project boat (Magnum 27 sport) that I want to have some signifigant work done to:
* Rework my transom for new drive & exhaust
* re-rig the engine compartment to switch from a tranny/outdrive to bravo setup.
* add hydraulic steering.
Any suggestions on who I might want to talk to in the Dallas area (preferably not a dealership). I've used several different small shops in the past and they may be OK, but also want to see who else is out there..
Money is always an issue but quality work is worth the money.

I think my website is dead. Friend of mine called and told me he couldn't get to it. I tried to call my web guy, but I think terrorists must have gotten him, for I can find no trace.
