I'm curious if the drink was flaming down his throat (flames on exhale), or if that's cause his neck was on fire, so when he breathed out, it re-lit.

That's what it looks like. It was still flaming in his throat or something and he exhaled or spit it out.
Reminds me of the dumb punk when I was in high school that inhaled gas fumes, then exhaled on a lit match.
It back fired into his lungs and turn his chest all red. Amazing it didn't kill him. :hammerhea
