Indians pay the same Federal taxes we all do.
They don't pay state taxes for income received from work or businesses on their own Reservation.
My wife is a Cherokee Nation Citizen and we live on a Reservation. However since it isn't HER Reservation, she has to pay the same taxes as the rest of us. Now if we lived in Oklahoma Indian Country, it would be a different story.
As far as Indian Gaming goes, a condition of the compacts is that they give a portion of the Casino Revenue to the State. Somewhere between 8-13% depending on the gross revenue.
Not technically a "tax", but they do contibute funds to state programs, mostly health care and education.

I wonder how much of that "revenue" is actually reported?

It's actually reported fairly. Part of what they give to the state goes to fund the State Gaming Board which monitors and audits the Casino's books.

I like the picture of the blond headed kid on his desk. He is one of the indians making big bucks not the poor ones just getting by on the reservations.

Panchanga handle averages $800/machine/day. They have over 2500 slots, do the math, even if 1/2 the of the take is used for expenses etc, the gaming tax to the state is about $43 Million to your state... This isn't counting the table games, keno, poker or bingo.
