I just want to know what are good books to read for Gel Coating (start to finish process) and Fiberglass work (repairing spider cracks, redoing floors and stingers, ect.

It's not a book but you can go to havasubarney.com
Barney has an eniter forum for only gel coat questions and answers. It's pretty helpfull too.
