View Full Version : Wanna rent 45 X 20 storage in Havasu?

A good friend of mine who drives the 117 mph Conquest Top Cat II just bought a storage unit. He wants to rent half of it out. He'll divide it.
The rented portion will be 45 X 20 with a 16' wide door. He wants about
$300 a month. I was thinking that 2 friends could go in halfsies and only
be $150 each per month. Not bad! These are brand new units. Won't be
done for about 2 more weeks. Call me for additional info!

Do you have info on where a guy might purchase a couple of these.......Phone number would be great...They make great, low maintenance, rental property.....
