In Havasu and the weather was great all day. It was a little windy, but had it not been for the wind or breeze it would of been alot hotter than it already was.... :)

Speaking of beer bottles, my neighbor gave me one of those new aluminum bottles of bud yesterday. Pretty weird. Seemed to taste fine but I was wondering, why aluminum bottles?

What's wrong with aluminum cans? Your still drinking out of aluminum which sux compared to glass.

I like about 6 cans empty  . No lake this weekend. Went to Mead last weekend. Doing stuff around the house this weekend and getting ready for Memorial Day at Powell. How about you?

Just watch the weather. The wind and swells can get nasty. We like the north end of the lake because its not crowded, but that may be a lot of gas to burn in a house boat if you are renting out of one of the marinas by Vegas.

Here is what the water looked like after the wind kicked up on Saturday off Sandy Point (north end). You won't find this nice of water down by the dam most of the time:

We boated that lake for years in our 21' Lavey. The Ultra 24' does very nice. Just don't go out in high winds and storms and you'll be fine.
