Our company is looking for heavy equipment operators, end dump truck drivers, and pipe layers. Top pay, benefits, vacation, and nice cat equipment. The work will be mainly in the Kingman area.

You need any blade operators (grading/paving contractors) with/without their own blades? My father-in-law has a two man company with plenty of experience in grading and site prep.

I've got more equipment than operators. We don't do any paving though. We sub out all paving and concrete.
As far as trucking we are forced to hire other trucking companies while we could do all the trucking ourselves with additional qualified help.
