I am interested in adding a bit more power to my carb 502/415's that are in a heavy deep V. I use my boat in Lake Tahoe and was wondering if I can bolt on a couple whipple chargers on a budget to gain a modest min of 100 hp each side without changing out the original mercruiser exhaust silent choice? If so, is there a kit I can use and what other modifications I would need to perform besides maybe a prop change.
Thank you

I started to read your post and saw the words, budget and modest, so I stoped reading... There's no help for your boat...

Here it is before Betit big blew it up !!!!!
Hmmmmmm......I ran it for 80-something hours without blowing it up.......
Must have been pilot error (lack of fuel pressure).......
Hehehe!!
