...I believe the house is listed at $89900. It is located on Citrus, just west of Langford in Holiday Shores Subdivision. The house is a great river pad. Too bad Frank has to let it go....

Rob, are you sure that's the same place? The first post says single-wide. That looks wider than a traditional single wide. It also say it has two garages on the property, a 36ft deep garage and a 25' deep garage. I don't even see a garage in that photo,

Those pictures were taken prior to them building the garage. On the east (right) side of the house, they enclosed the carport and made it into a garage. On the west (left) side, the garage sits in the back. You can't see it in the photo because of the shadow on the awning / carport. And yes, it is a single wide. Also, the property is on sewer with all assessments paid. The a/c and the swamp cooler in the place kicks ass. The place is a few blocks from where I am at.

that is a very nice area would be a great river place for someone unfortunatley it came about 6 months too late ,I bought property in riviera mobile gardens and am having a manufactored home put on it should be done by 2nd week of july.

Looks like the driveway might be a problem for anyone with a boat over 19'. It sure beats staying at the smokey Casinos in Laughlin though.

My boy Rob hooked up the pics it is a single wide 3bd 1ba asking 89,900 listing it with Chuck Hubbard reality 928 716 0598 those are old pics around 1 year old the place where the man is standing is the 36ft deep garage and on the oppistie side is where we enclosed the carport and made it 25ft and there is room to go back with that garage. My buddy and I stored our boats 24ft cheeta and 19ft cole no problems. It would be a great place for storage and to avoid smoky hotel rooms the arear is very nice. One neighbor is fulltime, they keep a good eye, the other I have never seen?
