Was in Phoenix today and it was the same. Once it reaches above 110, it doesn't matter..... It's all the same, HOT!!!!!!! :cry:

No crap its hot...
was out working on the pool filter and replacing the hose on my hose reel for the air compressoor in the garage. Spent about an hour in the pool after wards. started to cook dinner and looked at the thermostat and its reading 81 in the house? Now its about 10:00 and it is 84 in the house, went up on the roof and I think the ac unit has taken a SHIT........goona be a hot night (good thing the house has tw units) guess we are sleeping in the guest room tonight..
Can someone tell me WHY (other then the lake) we choose to live in the desert? :(
Anyone got a spare A/C unit they wanna bring over.......
got a call into the repair man for the AM, wonder what this is gonna cost?

I know the exhaust fan on the top is NOT turning. It is trying to work (i think).
Think I might just have to take the motorhome down to crazy horse and spend some time down there....

2 things I would check before calling anyone.
1. The circut breaker (of course)
2. There's a set of fuses either on the actual compressor unit or more likely at the A/C power box. Just bust out a meter and check that you're getting 120 from top to bottom at both poles with the power on or pull the fuses with power off and do an Ohm's (connectivity) test on them.
You'd be able to tell if the compressor was kickin on or not. Those suckers pull alot of amps on make a bit of noise.
