I have a killer hook up at Alpine....But I have heard that their subs are not that great....Any opinions???

Typr R and Type X are overbuilt for the money.... We have a guy here who's running a pair of 12" type S from a JL5001 for the past year and a half with no problems.. I hear him pull up from time to time... :D Use your hookup :D

Those Alpine subs are pretty good, In my honest and humble opinion, the JL W3's are the best sub for the money. But I am partial to JL stuff. lol
