Here's my 455 running on the trailer just after breaking the cam in.

I have a couple leaks where the risers bolt to the manifolds. New gaskets too..any ideas?

More revving, less idling! :D
I'm hoping to take a video like that tonight.

Is the water coming from your exhaust or is your pump crying   ?

CrdStang I don't see any water coming from the pump. That may mean its running dry. Not a good thing to do if you don't want to rebuild that pump. I would also pull the plugs out and crank it a bit to get any water out that may have settled in the cylinders.
If you want to run that motor out of the water unbolt the pump.
I'll never do that again without detaching the pump from the motor. ya beat me too the post my bad :hammerhea

Malcolm did you get yours running yet?

Yeah, just got too dark to shoot any footage. I was also going to ask you how you got your video to run online. I uploaded one to my web page last year and it won't start when clicked on. You have to right click on it and download it to your hard drive to watch it. I was guessing you must have to save it a certain way. Any clues?

Malcolm,
Sounds like a browser issue? Did you have some other people try the link?

I think it's still there, give it a try.

Yeah, it's weird. It just opens a window of jibberish instead of starting up windows media player. If you right click on it and hit 'save target as', it will try to save it with an .htm instead of .wmv. You can d-load it and change it manually to watch it. I probably need to use a better program than windows movie maker.
