Boat Storage Available in Parker

In case anyone is interested, my dad's friend has a commercial building in Parker that he is interested in renting out some space for boat storage. The price will be $60.00 per month IN CASH. Be aware, this is a month to month rental.
The building is located right on Highway 95 going through Parker towards Havasu. It is on the corner of Highway 95 and Business 95. PM me if interested.

Exactly. Right now the warehouse is just sitting empty. He wants to generate some cash flow to help offset the morgage. It is less than 1/2 price of what people are paying in town or up in Havasu.

I understand month to month, but is he looking for something else (business) to fill the facility and then he's going to boot everyone out? I would hate to give up my current storage then be left out in the cold. How many boats do you think it will hold?

speaking of "free" - there will be no charge for the "dock-use" at the folks house - it will be empty, they will be there only till sat. be sure to ask first, before anyone parks there. and have fun ! late deano
