Single wide completely gutted, all new plumbing, all new electrical, new carpet, new shower, new toilet, new garbage disposal, new kitchen cabinets, new refrigerator & counter tops. Fresh paint, new window blinds, new a/c works great, new heater.
Exterior-Large wood patio deck under awning down one side of trailer, new siding, corner lot, huge boat parking. This trailer is set up like a studio, no bedrooms but very spacious, huge bathroom and separate toilet room. Basically looks brand new inside and out.

Its on the CA side. You wont want to keep it there. Big Bend is under new management and those guys are a$$holes. I have friends that are currently looking into moving outta there, due to the way the place is run now.

I havent had any problems with management and they are dumping tons of money in to the park. New units going in all over the park. I leave my boat there with no problems. Unless you move to the az side you will still be under the same management company as they own the whole cali side.

Nothing like trying to help a guy sell his mobile.Big Bend is under new management and they are just cracking down more.They are dumping a grip of money into the park and are making it a nicer park.

I've heard good things about Big Bend. In fact, I've been through there many times and am real impressed with their improvements. Clean place with more improvements planned.
I'd have no problems having a place there.
