hello every one. my wife really thinks i'm crazy now. i decided to basically restore this old boat (checkmate convincer 18ft open bow). i gutted it and just removed the pump(that was really stuck to the transom!) the pump is a
model 12JF-A

from what i've seen from the pics at this site none of them are like the one that is on my boat. the intake is almost at the back of the boat and the whole pump sits outside the transom the clean out whole is 5 inchs back. it has a 14 inch ride plate(i guess thats what its called) electric place diverter.
basically what i need to know is were can i get the plastic bushings that are in all the moving parts at the back of the pump. also is this a good model and set up. how can i tell what prop is in it easilly (are there numbers or what?
