I think a couple of these with 1000 watts going to each one should sound pretty good. Does anyone have them?

I'm talking to the guys over there about my application. Did you know they did the Jesse James boat? They are also working on a new one right now that is going to be sick. Here's a pic of it.

Yeah, I figured he would it the right way and go with outboards and leave the HP for the stereo. :)

I am getting some bad ideas from this thread. I have also heard that the IDMax is a killer sub. Way back when I was single and had an Integra I was going to do the Image Dynamics horns under the dash with a trunk-delete sub setup in the back.

I was just kidding about the phase thing but it is a good idea. I think Image Dynamics is doing it themselves. It's a project boat from their website.

I am getting some bad ideas from this thread. I have also heard that the IDMax is a killer sub. Way back when I was single and had an Integra I was going to do the Image Dynamics horns under the dash with a trunk-delete sub setup in the back.
They already told me to get the horns to keep up with the subs. I think running 75 watts of JL to each of my Boston speakers along with good speaker placement should be able to keep up...I hope. :)

That boat looks like a piece of swiss cheese without the speakers installed. I think they not only provide sound, but are structural in nature. :D

That is a very good question... I was wondering the same thing...
Maybe a generator, couple batteries, and a much larger cascade piece...Like something we use to power our car rooms in a store...

there is a rack in the rear that holds BIG AMP batteries, also there will be 15 zapco amplifiers, yes i said 15, also the highs will be handled by horn loaded compression drivers mounted with dual 5's in the windscreen area--there are a total of 4 15" drivers in the bulkhead, and 8 12's under the backseat area---also it does not play music yet, and its been being built over the last 3 months----gives you an idea of how long things take sometimes---and to think normally we have only 4 days to produce things here :(

Cool. That thing is pretty damn big out of the water. He's just finishing up the one with the 525's right now. Those motors would have looked good in mine. :D

I picked up the hatch and we are fiberglassing in a box for a pair of 6x9's that is going to look sweet. Everything will be smoothed out and finished so it will look like one piece! :D

My wife tells me I need to know the limits of things. I tell her that I haven't got there yet.... :wink: But I think that boat has reached it about 5 subs ago..... :2purples:
