I like to take the 91 fwy to the 231 toll road south to Santiago canyon exit
go east a mile or 2 and your there! cost $2.50 toll each way but worth it if coming from the Inland Impire.Saves more than that just in gas!

So if I bail out of the baby shower early on saturday, Drive to Irvine, Get to Mikes about 4:00 am. catch a few winks. Head out to the lake, Play with the boys. Leave the lake & drive straight through to Reno getting home again about 4:00 am, which is perfect cause thats when I usually get up anyway. Goto work for a couple days, then head to CFW on Wed. Perfect.
I'm their dude. Ca'mon

Is there an admission to this, or just a un-official get together.

i think it's $10.00 to get in?
gates open at 7:00 am, so it's kind of hard to run at 7:00 am unless he spent the night.
hope the hat is facing to the rear so he don't suck up all that drizzle and fog .
but hey, i have heard some good things about water injection :D
i'm thinking it might be a chitty day anyway :frown: . where is the sun when you need it?

If the weather keeps up like this then i'll will take my time getting there.
I'd hate to waste my intrance fee by not showing up at all :(
At least I can pick up a t-shirt :D and see Dmontzsta and mini 'D' :D

7:00 am blasts are only necessary for "Drag Boats" on saturdays and sundays at the river (during summer).
I'll see you early birds no sooner than 8:30

Just got back from the event, and all I can say is, WOW. Great day, cool boats, great people, everyone seemed very safety conscious with vests and helmets, and lots of big mills making glorious music. I had fun helping out the P37 cracker team too. Can't wait till the next one!
