Unfortunately I do not have Photos....but....
I stumbled across a Hydro last night and I am trying to figure out what it might be.
It's a Picklefork and there was no "Air Trap" in the back of the Hull, it was just flat.
The Transom was kind of rounded off on both sides and the back almost looked like a late 60's Sanger Flatbottom.
It Had outboard Steering, only part of it was still there.
The thing that made it different was that there were cutaways or a "dip down" in the sides for perhaps exhaust clearance? I saw some photos of a Kurtis that had similar cutaways.
There were no cutaways or dip by the "Elbow" area next to the Driver like some of the Sangers had.
I am not familiar with Hydro Hulls but it looked pretty narrow to be a "Ski Hydro" although the Dash was drilled off center for the steering shaft.
The "Deck" was kind of bubbled up more like a shovel nose.
Any ideas??????

I think all Kurtis boats were center steer.
Possibly a Hondo hydro with your description of the deck.

It almost looks like a Shovelnose type Deck, but the "Header Cutaways" are unique.
Since most of the Hardware is missing, it may have been drilled for side Steering but possibly the installation was incomplete.
The story is that it has Never been wet! Looks like an incomplete installation quite honestly.
