Looks like time for another adventure, the boats up and running again :cool: So its time for a breakin trip to Rosy. Should be up there around noon tomorrow. Looking forward to cking out the new lake and seeing how this motor holds up :220v: :)

Would love to make it to Pleasant. But we have been wanting to go to Rosy for awhile. Maybe next time :smile: You guys need to get up to Roosevelt so you can really stretch the legs on your rides, its a little bigger than Havazoo right now.

i was there memorial weekend and it was great. the water lever is way up, the only draw back is the beaches that used to be there are under water so i beaching spot is hard to come by.........

Actually ran pretty good, has a mid range miss/stumble that I need to chase down. And still has a porpusing problem that I'm sure will make Visa some money, need to gets some trim tabs.
The Marina that they put together is pretty amazing compared to what we used to have. A little pricey but nicely set up. I'll get some pics up tonight. :cool:

But the wind can sure blow around 2-3pm :notam: Sunday was primo lots of good water, everyone went home early :smile: I'm looking forward to a full day on the lake. I'm still a little skittish from all the paddling I've done there :p

If you stay north of the bridge area in the afternoon there really isn't that much wind. nothing compared to the windy hill area

Up around the old Horse Pasture area, or down by Cholla Bay. It looked windy every where from Windy Hill.

I saw him...I embarassd him I guess. He wouldn't even come and bs after I passed him in our little race! :cool: Only had to run 90 beat him! It was a good lookin boat. I kind of wanted to see what he had in it and stuff but when we stopped and turned around to meet him he was already gone. Guess he did a uturn and headed back up the lake!

Next time for sure :cool: We were hanging pretty close to the East side of Windy Hill, I'm still working on the Breaking Engine Syndrome it'll take a couple of trips and I'll be back to normal :D still a little gun shy.
