Just got home from my 10:00 vasectomy appt. and I am feeling alright. Not as bad as I expected but I have been warned by many to rest and ice. So that's my plan today. Rest and lots of ICE. Nick

Nice and right before Fathers Day, you should be getting a lot of extra attention this weekend, smart man... :D :D BTW, had mine done 8 years ago on a Friday, played golf with my Dad the following Sunday, you should be fine...

Frozen corn worked great for me. Seems to shape right around the twins perfectly.

Bag of frozen peas, snuggy undergarmets, lots of whining, and admire them when the all are purple/red/blue/garnet and hanging to your knees...in a sick way, it's kinda cool.
Maybe it was the drugs.

Man oh man. Getting fixed is such a scary thought. My bro in law said it hurt him. He was walking around like someone kicked him in the nuts for a week.

The anticipation was WAY worse than the procedure itself. The weird thing was the prep nurse and I had mutual friends, like her boyfriend is one of my co-workers. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes from start to I was washing the betadine off to put clothes back on. I reccommend it to everyone who is done having kids. As far as the ice thing goes, I am using a double zip lock freezer bad with filtered ice cubes. Been working so far. More to follow. Nick

The wife is pregnant with our third right now and says I'm not aloud within ten feet of her after unless I'm fixed.

You still need to take it easy, if your too active your nutz will be the size of Cantaloupes, take a load off for at least today and tomorrow...

Had mine done years ago! went in on Fri washed my suburban on sunday! The scariest part was having to take the sample back for the final test to make sure there were no more swimmers, they gave me this cup that looked like a Thirsty 32ozer from 7-11 and said "bring this back with your sample" and I was like, do guys really fill this thing up? I was all worried, needless to say all I needed was shot glass!
