Some criminals, for some crimes, should not only die, but die cruelly, slowly, but with absolute certainty.

For some crimes I would rather see them in jail for ever...taking bench racer style.
I am very Pro death pentalty, in fact I wish we would expand captiol crimes.

If someone like that is in prison the rest of his life we the taxpayer pay for him his whole life. screw that put a bullet in his head only cost us 20 cents. And give the families some type of justice...

I don't generally like to talk about politics but I'll go on record as being against a tax increase.

I used to be totally for it...until I learned that a) it usually takes well over a million dollars (lawyers, appeals, etc.) to actually execute someone...It costs us taxpayers half that to keep them alive. And b) it often takes over 20 years (excepts a few states like Texas and Florida).
Considering the above, just lock them up and throw away the key. Sometimes death is too good for them.
BTW, a girl I knew since kindergarten was raped, stabbed over 30 times, beaten with a claw hammer and then died after he threw her into a ravine when we were 15 back in 1985 in San Jose. He also did this to her friend but she survived. The guy, David Alen Raley, STILL SITS ON DEATH ROW!

For it. Wish we could spead up the process here in CA like TX. If was up to me they would get sentenced to death at the jury and immediately taken to the chamber to be executed.
