Why don't you transfer it to you house in Havi? You aren't going to have to pay sales tax on it to transfer.

If you have the renewal you can do it online and print out the registration. You still may get hassled but you will be legit. You would have to launch at site 6 though cuz Windsor won't let you in without current stickers showing.

I don't know how it will be this weekend but I was running expired tags on my boat over memorial day. I kept the temporary registration in the boat in the event that I got pulled over but didn't get stopped once. Cops floated right on by and didn't even take a second look.
Now that I've been reminded about my expired tags I need to check the mail today my new ones should be here.
