I have a 4 + 2, sleeps 8-10 in Marina village, right on the river with a boat slip, it is $275 per night.
I also have a 3+2, off the water but with a view, very near the free ramp. It is $225 per night.
There's also a 1+1 in Casa Del sol, with a slip, for $125 per night.
All require a $300 deposit in advance, and a $200 cleaning deposit, of which $100 is non-refundable, for basic cleaning.
