Jet A Vator

i just picked up a used Jet A Vator and have no clue on how to hooh up the steering part of it. it came with all the hardware. i just cant figure it out. any help will be great.

they have a schematic but it is so small i cant make it out. any other suggestions?

I've got that same diagram, but I've cleaned it up some so it's easier to read. I had a jetoavator on my boat at one time. It's a little confusing with the tube, spring, cable hookup etc. but maybe I can remember mine (going to the wayback machine here) and be of some help.
