was wondering what the ups and down sides of a sanger 21ft mini day cruzier are its a v-drive with a stock big block 454 needs interior and some paint work what do you guys think something like this is worth its a 75 i'll try to post some pics

It looks like some TLC is in order, but I don't see any obvious problems from the pics you posted.
The Sanger double bubble mini-cruiser is a rare classic. The bottom is fairly flat so it will ride stiffer in the chop than most other cruisers but that makes them a little faster than most given the same power. Sanger knows how to build boats so the hull, if there is no rot, will be very solid.
I'd give $8K to $10K based upon what I've seen.

i was thinkin about offerin the guy $6,500 but i need to inspect it further before i'm serious

Theres a nice 81 laveycraft 21 v-drive in the new boattrader i think it was around 8k obo nice looking too!

If that's the small block one, I'd think hard about it, it's a 400 sbc.

No worries, I've not had good luck with 400's. If it were a BBC, I might have purchased it, back when I had some money.
