Whos going and when, we are thinking of heading down on saturday afternoon is any one else going, Jet hydro said he is going to race it, and he had a link to the info page on it, but i cant find it, so if you would repost it for the others there might be some more people interested in going. Oh yeah its Julu 8,9 and 10.

I plan on watching. A bunch of local racers here will go. Some of them only so they can race in Malvern later in the year.

"SMOKIN IN THE COVE" outlaw dragboat race---check the website----pays good $$$$----you have to run one race somewhere in order to run there

Thanks for the info guys, I did realize smokin in the cove was Malvern. When did they require you to run another race so you could run there? Guess I've been out longer than I'd care to admit.

Here`s the link http://www.bricktownnationals.com/Main.htm
I should be there Thursday some time if I get the boat back in one peace. It`s set up for a paint job this weekend and the motor is all a part right now so I`ll be pushing it but I think I can pull it off. I just hope I can hit my set-up as I wont have any time for testing.

We will be heading up Thursday with a gaggle of boats, including the 8 sec. runner up from the Waco race. Pretty awesome in a blown alky jet amongst all those hydro's .

Sounds like a pre meet for the roost, If we bump into each other we will already recognize each other when we go to tablerock, and it will give on last chance to hype it up and get a few more attendees. Its been a long time since i have been to any formal boat drags, when would be a good time to show up to watch as a family with the kids. We were figuring sat. mid morning, but bring plenty of sunscreen and a large umbrella.

Yea I'm living there now, I went to Campus High so Derby was one of our rivals. Damn I hate having to wear green to support my sons.
If you graduated in 68 its definitley changed since then, I graduated in 85 and it's changed a lot just in that amount of time. You should see the size of the new High school, it dwarfs the one you went too.
