Well, expect another increase in heating costs for many in this country. Another two-bit dictator, following in Chavez's left wing foot prints, has stolen natural gas fields that other nationalities have spent so much money to develop. Bolivia is just the latest of examples why it is so hard to do business in this global economy. It is not the big businesses that are creating the chaos, it is uneducated peons and a latino ethic that is more stone age than modern. The fields taken over will not be able to produce without a major influx of cash, and I hope the participating companies just tell the idiots to shove it and leave.
