Bartlett Reservoir Info - Is the lake open? Fireworks?

Hey,
I was just told that the lake and road is now open at Bartlett Reservoir. Does anyone know if Cave Creek is having fireworks this year, I figure everything is already burned right? I am trying to stay off the ZOO they call Lake Pleasant, I imagine it's going to be really crowded and choppy at there. Bartlett is usually really slow on holidays for some reason.

Does Apache actually get busy on the Holidays? I didn't anyone went there considering the gravel road there...
