Linguica, the ultimate sausage...

I usually cook linguica as an appetizer on the grill before the tri tip or steaks. Tonight I cooked it with the steaks and they were amazing! Just a touch of the linguica flavor to put them over the top. I've put linguica in my spaghetti sauce. Any other cool uses?
