advantage jet boat with a small block??

friend saw a used advantage 1985 with a small block,just wanted to find out if the advantage jet boat came with a small block,sounds wrong to me.thanks

hey breeze i have one a 1985 adv bubbledeck with a sbc, je pump with all the modes runs around low 60's good boat, built real well

I have a 86 18' Advantage bubbledeck open bow (hull based on the Rogers Bonneville) with an E pump and 460. 71mph at 4800. I've heard of a couple with small blocks, but have never seen or run one.

I know of one silver and purple SBC jet that is in the low 70's with a 383 :D Doesn't get used much anymore since the owner stepped up to a Stoker :smile:
