i know i've seen posts about this time and time but i couldnt find anything useful...
Wheres the best place to get carpet for the boat at a good price. i'm looking for charcole/gunmetal color, nothing to thick, dont want to feel like i'm in a house when i step in the boat. We used to have carpet in it from like home depot or somthing in it.
I have no idea what Oz. i should get either...

I ordered mine from here:
http://www.boatcarpetbuys.com/
16 ounce, also with their adhesive. 6' by 16' roll JUST BARELY did my Taylor as orriginal. $100 plus the glue (and shipping). Shipped to my door in 3 days. I'm very happy. Grey could be found at my local Lowes in marine carpet tho.

i got the same for mine, it's listed as marine grade. i think i paid right around 130 for enough to do the boat, the bunks on the trailer and glue and stianless staples.

yep... did mine a month ago with the charcoal/grey carpet from Lowes. 6' wide..... a few bucks a linear foot. Great deal and perfect for the boat. I used 3M Spray Adhesive and it worked great. Nice and comfy... .

I'd have tried the stuff at Lowes, they just didn't have any red, let alone anything like my original red thatr I was trying to match.
